WilcoWise has noticed that someone has a parking place that is “Reserved for 100″. Since the reserved space is on the north side of the courthouse annex, we were wondering if the mysterious “100″ has a physical handicap. 

We say this because the reserved space is adjacent to the handicapped parking spaces.  These handicapped spaces are closest to the jury entrance and the main entrance to the Courthouse Annex.  On busy days at the Annex, the parking lots fill up fast and the handicapped spaces are always full.  WilcoWise eyes have seen many seniors and handicapped struggle their way across the parking lot while the space reserved for “100″  remains reserved and EMPTY.  

WilcoWise will continue to keep its eye on “100″ and ferret out whether “100″ refers to the IQ or age of this mystery person.
